We are unable to accept returns on retailer purchases, incorrectly purchased products, and products damaged due to customer error.

We do not accept returns for non-damaged items or items that have been delivered incorrectly.


We do NOT offer any Refunds. Unless you have a warranty product and that product meets our re-sale standards. 


If you cancel your purchase within 4-hours, we can refund your money. Otherwise, you will have to pay for your items to be sent back.

Shipping Costs
It is your responsibility to pay any shipping costs when returning a product. These costs are nonrefundable. Should you receive a refund on your purchase, the cost of our initial shipping will be deducted from it. 

The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you will largely vary on your location.

Should the item you return be over $75, we strongly encourage you to use a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance. 


Sale Items
Sadly, we do not offer refunds on sale items. Only regularly priced items are refundable. Sale items are any item where you received a % off or the reg./ retail or the compared to price such as Example: $28.95  $44.95  In the example to the left, the Reg. Price was $44.95 which is now "On Sale" for $28.95 so No Refund on an Item such as this Example.

Once our team processes your order within 5-7 business days, expect to get it within 15-25 business days, after purchase, depending on customs clearance. USA deliveries may be a bit quicker than the UK, Australia, and New Zealand. Almost all European and Asian countries will experience longer ship times.
